Ask any pet parent – there are a ton of benefits to having a furry friend. They’re loyal companions, built-in gym buddies, lively weighted blankets that can quell anxiety, and the best friend you could ever have…what’s not to love?! Why, pet hair, of course. Unless you have a hypoallergenic magic doodle or a hairless cat, pets have fur, which inevitably gets on you (and everything around you).

Luckily, there’s a simple solution that’s *not* a bank-breaking Dyson vacuum. Halara now makes fur-resistant leggings, which shed faster than Fido or Fluffy. the Patitoff Crossover 7/8 Leggings ($34) are a must-have for pet parents who want to snuggle up to their four-legged friend, without getting furry themselves.

Now I know what you’re thinking: “These leggings couldn’t handle my dog’s hair, he’s a hairball!” » I live with two feathery haired English setters who shed just by looking at anything that can get hairy. I hang out with a handful of German Shepherds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Labs who do the same thing, so I was skeptical too. But I’m happy to share that the Halara Patitoff leggings manage to wick away even the coarsest, stickiest hair, leaving you hair-free no matter how much it jumps or climbs on you.

You know how black, cotton leggings and other fabrics seem to attract lint? They are not. The entire Patitoff collection is made from a soft blend of nylon and spandex that the hairballs glide away, leaving you hairless. According to Halara, that’s because this fabric is finished with a polymer that stops electrostatic absorption (aka pet hair buildup) in its tracks and is durable enough to last wash after wash. . You’d never know there was a polymer or something different in these leggings – they’re just as sculpting and soft as your favorite workout tights or lounge pants, but they won’t turn you into a dust bunny afterwards. playing with your puppy.

I have been wearing mine since the beginning of March and I can confirm: they are resistant to fur. Now they ain’t fur-proof. Do they pick up some of my Setter’s feathery down? Yes. But unlike other leggings that require an entire lint roller to get rid of the fur, the Patitoffs only need a light pat, hence their name. A few flicks of the wrist and your leggings are worth gold. The best part is that it’s not just leggings, you can also get tank tops, bike shorts, dresses and more. And it’s all under $50, making it much more affordable than that high-tech vacuum you’ve been eyeing.

I know you love snuggling up with Fido and Fluffy, and now you can do it without ruining your outfit and finding hairballs on your leggings during pilates. If only they could make drool resistant leggings too…
