New MIP discovery identity
MIP Diagnostics, a leading UK nanotechnology company, today changed its name to MIP Discovery as the company continues to expand into the healthcare sector.
BEDFORD, BEDFORDSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM, May 18, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Based in Bedfordshire, MIP Diagnostics has been the market leader in the commercialization of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) since its inception in 2015. A strong portfolio intellectual property and a team of industry experts has ensured rapid market growth in medical diagnostics, and the company is now expanding into the broader healthcare sector under the new identity of MIP Discovery.
Molecularly imprinted polymers are a new type of nanoparticle designed to mimic antibodies for use in diagnostic tests and other applications. They are completely animal-free and are able to target markers that are historically difficult for biological affinity reagents such as antibodies.
