Identity Pet Nutrition Appoints New Sales Manager

LITTLETON, COLO. — Identity pet food manufacturer Pet Nutrition announced that Jason Petercheff has been named national sales manager. According to the company, this appointment follows three and a half years of rapid growth and the launch of 32 new pet food products.

Identity Pet Nutrition specializes in premium, human-grade wet food for dogs and cats. The company is currently striving to intensify its growth within the pet specialty channel.

Prior to identifying Pet Nutrition, Petercheff worked for Vital Essentials for over nine years, as a leader in raw pet nutrition. Petercheff has also worked for distributor Pet Food Experts.

“Jason is a respected, talented, unique and likeable sales professional,” said Jeremy J. Petersen, founder, president and CEO of identity Pet Food. “His accomplishments speak for themselves. It demands accountability and expects results, while ensuring retailers have the tools to succeed. He has an unfounded passion for seeing small businesses thrive.

“We looked everywhere for the right person to fill this position and we knew he was the perfect person within minutes of our initial conversation starting,” Petersen added. “His day-to-day retail experience, combined with his growth mindset and business acumen, made him the perfect candidate for the Pet Nutrition identity.”

At Identity Pet Nutrition, Petercheff will help increase revenue generation in physical stores across the United States. He will also use his experience in sales management and his passion for pet health to help independent pet retailers.
